To provide high quality technical and logistical support to macroeconomic analyses related to the execution of debt sustainability analysis (DSA) for selected countries with access to resources from the Asian Development Fund (ADF) in support of the implementation of the ADF grant framework.

The position is responsible for the negotiation and preparation of borrowing and swap documents and supervision of analytical and administrative works for new local currency funding transactions and loan conversions. It is also responsible for reviewing existing domestic market practices and requirements for bond issuance, determining the applicable terms and conditions for ADB bonds, and applying international best practice, where applicable.

To provide administrative and clerical support to various functions of Financial Policy and Strategic Risk Management Division (TDFP) of Treasury Department.

To provide technical and analytical support for the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) financial models and applications; provide advanced IT programming support in monitoring and enhancing ALM’s core financial application systems; provide technical support of the business operational process and workflows associated with these systems; oversee the administration and management to ensure integrity and updating of the ALM related databases for ADB’s financial instruments and portfolios, and other financial and market data which are critical to the financial modeling, planning, analysis, and reporting.

To perform full secretarial and administration coordination services of a responsible and confidential nature for a professional staff member at director level. Helps coordinate activities for a division and interaction within and outside the department.
